ClyBearTerms of service
These terms govern the use of ClyBear and Dashmore by ClyBear, operated by CC Company, Morocco. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
1. The service
ClyBear provides order, inventory and customer management. Dashmore by ClyBear provides advertising analytics and campaign management for ad accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
2. Your responsibilities
- Connect only accounts (stores, ad accounts) that you own or are authorized to use.
- Comply with the policies of each connected platform (TikTok, Meta, Google, your store platform), including their advertising policies.
- Keep your login credentials confidential.
3. Campaign actions
Actions that change spending (launching, budgets, resuming) are executed only after your confirmation. You remain responsible for your advertising spend and content on each platform.
4. Data
Your data remains yours. We process it as described in the privacy policy.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is". Third-party platforms may change or limit their APIs.
6. Termination
You can stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or connected platforms.
