Applies to ClyBear and Dashmore by ClyBear

Disconnect an ad platform (TikTok, Meta, Google)

1. Open ads.clybear.com → Integrations.
2. Click Disconnect on the platform. Stored access tokens are deleted immediately.
3. You can also remove the app from the platform: Meta (Settings → Business integrations), TikTok (Business Center → Apps), Google (myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party access).

Delete all your data

Send an email to contactus@clybear.com with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email of your account. We delete the workspace data (orders, products, campaign metrics, credentials) within 30 days and confirm by email.

Facebook / Meta users

If you logged in with Facebook and want your data deleted, follow the steps above or contact us; we will remove all data received from Meta for your account.
